This weekend I'm in Amsterdam at the BIRD restaurant to see just how good their food really is.
This place has an amazing reputation for delivering authentic Thai food. Ill be meeting the chef and his team and learning from them and taking he best of what they cook and including into our food plans. Its hard work eating world class food, but ill take a bullet for my clients..
